Refund & Return Policy

Returns

  • Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. The item(s) must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed.
  • In the original packaging with tags attached.
  • Free from any stains, odors, or damages.
Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item(s). If the item is being returned due to a mistake on our part or a defect, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable, except when a product is defective or we have made an error with your order.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  2. We will provide you with return instructions
  3. Pack your item(s) securely, include the return form, and send it back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at contact@noirhustle.com with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
